Your license is subject to the following terms:

1. You don’t own copyright to these 50 header templates.

2. You may put your own name on the header templates as if they are your own.

3. May be added to PAID membership sites.

4. May be packaged with other PAID products.

5. May be offered as a bonus with other PAID products.

6. May be resold as a Personal Use Only package. Suggested Retail Price for these 50 header templates:$17. 
You are not forced to comply with the "Suggested Retail Price" (SRP,) however we set a standard selling price 
and kindly ask you to adopt this price (or more). This helps to maintain the value of these header templates 
for the benefit of all customers.

for the benefit of all customers.

10. You may use any of the images included in the 50 header template package for your own personal sales pages, 
websites, and ebooks or to create sales  websites, headers/banners, ebooks that you intend so sell.

11. You may not give these 50 header templates away. 

12. You may not add these 50 header templates to FREE membership sites.

13. You may not sell the 50 header templates through auction sites.

14. You may not sell the images/photos on the header templates individually or as a group.

15. You may NOT market the 50 header templates in any immoral, illegal or unethical manner, 
including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.

 16. You must setup the 50 header templates on your own server for processing the orders 
and delivering it to your customers.
